Keynote Topic One

Design the Vibe for your Event

How do we refresh entertainment as the behaviour of the audience evolves? Can it become a vehicle for learning or a platform to empower a global community to work towards a common goal? In today’s world, we are constantly connected and have unlimited access to content. Yet, hundreds of thousands of people travel around the planet to attend business summits and meet face-to-face. Many conferences still propose an outdated format. This keynote unpacks the emerging human trends that are reshaping the way we learn, work, eat, and entertain ourselves. It shows how to holistically design landscapes that foster meaningful connections, drive innovation, and nourish both the body and soul to transform people from viewers to co-creators.

What you will learn:

  • Trends from the Arts, Entertainment, and Hospitality sector on how to create a purposeful vibe;
  • How to design the atmosphere of your event to delight and engage;
  • The social power of food and what food can do for conferences;

Keynote Topic Two

Get your Permission to Play With Food!

Why is play so important for creativity and self-confidence? Why is it so important to inventing new purposeful services and products? Moreover, how do you make time for it on a daily base? Concession to play is closely linked to dealing with a fear of failure. Playing enables teams to explore new ways by accepting that failure is part of the process. However, it also relies on a culture that allows for failure. This keynote explores the notion of play to create a collaborative and flat culture. It shows some concrete examples based on Veronica’s experience of bringing play with food into organizations and teams to design environments and conditions for people to explore possibilities and start creating together.

What you will learn:

  • How you can blend play into your business;
  • Examples of what happens when you play with food;
  • Some tools to help you with designing your own playful experiments;
